Made to order

Most Sip Nation merch — fans, apparel, drinkware, bags, accessories — is printed and produced just for you after you order. Nothing sits in a warehouse. That means a little production time before it ships, and it also shapes our return policy below.

Production & shipping times

Production: about 2–7 business days to make your item.
Shipping: about 3–7 business days within the United States after production.
So most orders arrive within roughly 1–2 weeks. Pre-order items (like bonnets) follow the timing shown on their product page.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves production. Questions before then? Reach out any time.

Returns, exchanges & damages

Because items are made to order, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse or wrong size — so please check the sizing charts before you order.

We stand behind our quality. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or wrong, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund. No fuss.

Digital products

Digital downloads (guides, prompt packs, wallpapers, beats, templates) are non-refundable once delivered, since they're accessed instantly. If you have trouble accessing a file, reach out and we'll get you sorted.

Autographed books

Personalized/inscribed books are made specifically for you and can't be returned unless they arrive damaged. Signed-only copies follow our standard damage policy above.
